We have the pleasure of organizing one of the biggest children’s festivals in Northern Greece, the Kids Fun Festival, for the 4th consecutive year. More than 25,000 visitors experienced the ultimate family celebration, participating in over 190 simultaneous activities and attractions designed to entertain, educate, and inspire children of all ages. The Kids Fun Festival is organized in support of the Greek Children’s Village at Filiro, with free admission for all visitors and a purely charitable purpose.

This year’s festival welcomed an exciting lineup of creators, influencers and special guests. The main stage hosted popular creators including Panos Dent, Mr. Antouon, and Karpouzi & Madney from MPAM FC, while children had the opportunity to meet them, take photos, and participate in interactive Q&A sessions. Special guests included the beloved food blogger Teo Mavridis and Chef Thomas, while Vangelis Kyparissis, appearing as the viral and much-loved character “Voulitsa-The incredible Greek Mother” delighted audiences with unforgettable moments of laughter and interaction. The festival atmosphere was elevated throughout the day by super host Dr Gafas, while the celebration reached its peak with the spectacular interactive performance by Kokkines Mites and Timoleon Tiramolas, filling the stage with mascots, imagination, humor, and endless smiles.

Among the 190+ activities, children enjoyed the impressive 5-meter climbing wall, the largest Survivor Battle Arena, the expansive inflatable park, the spectacular Bubble Houses filled with colorful balloons, and the unique HADO augmented reality experience. Cheerleading performances, hip-hop and Zumba dance shows, children’s choirs, and dozens of live performances kept the energy high throughout the day. A standout experience was the popular Cooking Workshop with food bloggers Semina Almpantopoulou (Semina’s Recipes) and Eugenia Efthymiadi (Thess Del Food), where young chefs created delicious croissants and imaginative culinary creations.

This year’s themed experiences once again captured the enthusiasm of visitors. The Recycling & Environmental Awareness Corner, featuring the beloved mascot Mr. Batt, introduced children to environmental responsibility through engaging workshops and interactive activities. The dreamy Picnic Area became the perfect family relaxation and photo spot, while the interactive Eco Grand Prix Track was buzzing with excitement as children raced on their bicycles. Educational robotics & STEM workshops, messy and sensory play, face painting, arts & crafts, painting easels, music and movement activities, and educational games provided endless opportunities for creativity, learning, and self-expression.

Sport once again played a leading role at the festival, with more than 80 sports activities taking place simultaneously. Highlights included the Football Arena by MPAM FC, the Basketball Challenge by Antetokounbros & Northern Stars Academy, and the unique U12 Handball Tournament featuring 11 teams, co-organized with PAOK and the Hellenic Handball Federation as part of the club’s 100th anniversary celebrations. Gymnastics demonstrations, cheerleading performances, and chess tournaments promoted teamwork, determination, healthy living, and sportsmanship.

The festival experience was completed with complimentary smoothies, countless gifts, and unforgettable moments shared by thousands of children and families.

The 4th Kids Fun Festival exceeded all expectations, further establishing itself as one of the most important family events in Northern Greece and reinforcing its vision for even greater experiences in the years to come.
